Education

We believe in Education as an investment in our future and the future of our family for generations to come. Cindy has a Bachelor of Science Degree obtained from Trent University. After pursuing a career with the largest diversified supplier of construction materials in the U.S. and Canada for more than 15 years, it was time to concentrate efforts closer to home and join Brian in the real estate profession. Brian has a College Degree in Law Enforcement. He has operated his own Landscaping company, and now concentrates his efforts on Real Estate. He has been licensed for more than a decade now, and would like to welcome past clients to contact him at Affinity Group Pinnacle's Beaverton office. Together we are committed to your real estate needs. Empowered with Affinity Group's  most up-to-date knowledge and technology, we are the future of Real Estate.

Personal Background

Living in Brock Township and working in the North Durham / Kawartha Lakes area has been a way of life for our family for many years. We have the opportunity to work with our neighbours and friends and assist them in their real estate needs.

In 2007 we moved our family back to the farm where Brian grew up. This has been, without a doubt, the best decision we could have made and the past 10 years have been very rewarding for our family. We have been able to watch our kids grow and learn about farming, whether that means taking care of the animals, the crops or the vegetable garden. Raising our own beef and vegetables is hard work and we are proud to instill a strong work ethic in our children as well.

Our commitment to family is evident in our passion to help you find your dream home. We understand how important it is to find a home that not only meets your personal needs but provides the backdrop for you to strike a balance between work and play, whatever your interests may be.

Personal Interests

Both the real estate profession and farming can be very demanding, but we manage to find time for fun too. Whether we are hitching up the fifth-wheel for a camping get-away or four-wheeling on the trails, we enjoy our downtime with family and friends. And when the snow starts to fly, you can find us snowmobiling on Lake Simcoe or the local trails. For those days when we crave a slower pace we enjoy skating on the pond, roasting weenies around the campfire, warming our toes.

Auctions are another of Brian's pastimes... If there's a good deal to be found, you can bet he'll be there!
